DWEX Scheduler is an add-on to DWEX Portal that allows for the automatic creation and distribution of reports. With DWEX Scheduler reports can be run periodically with the results stored in a central location and/or emailed to groups of people.
DWEX Scheduler can be used to create an archive of periodic reports. Each time a report is run, the new version can be stored centrally, building a series of periodic reports over time. The reports are stored using industry standard formats (pdf, Excel, html or xps), so the number of users that can access these reports is only limited by access rights that are put in place.
Business users can subscribe to reports for automatic delivery or they can be assigned for delivery by central administration. That way the users have reports delivered to them in their inbox as soon as the information is available.
